Option for current style:

Enable Footer form - Here you can turning on the footer copyright.

Subscribe form ID - Here you can add your form id from shortcode Contact Form 7 Plugin.

Subscribe form align - Here you can select the align for the subscribe form.

Enable Footer copyright - Here you can turning on the footer copyright.

Copyright text - Here you can enter the copyright text for the footer.

Other Options:

Enable Parallax Footer - Here you can enable the parallax effect.
