In the settings you will have to upload image background and fill in Title, Subtitle, Descriptions and Social icons in corresponding fields:

The  Date option is a required one as well. Use contact form shortcode, if you would like to add sign up option as it is shown in the sample:

The words — Days, Hours, Minutes, Seconds may look different on Mobile and Desktop:

You will have to write in the date data in  Time label (Mobile) and Time label (Desktop) options:

Parameters:

• Image background  - upload the image
• Subtitle - add subtitle
• Title - add title 
• Description - add short description text (if necessary)
• Date - the date data (year,month, day)
• Contact form - insert contact form code
• Social Icons - choose an appropriate icon from the list and add link
